Week 20 marks your half-way point through your stages of pregnancy development!

Mommy

You may notice a dark line from your navel to your pubic area. This is called a "linea nigra", and should disappear after delivery.

Your uterus is at your navel now, and your belly button may actually be an "outtie" now!

An ultrasound may be scheduled around this time to verify fetal age, or to find out the sex of the baby!

Have you noticed that your nails are stronger, and your hair is thicker and fuller? Your pregnancy hormones are sending extra nutrients to those areas, and as a reult, you've got thick, healthy hair.

Baby

Your baby is about 6.5 inches, and around 10 ounces!

If your baby is a girl, her uterus is developed and her ovaries contain millions of eggs. If you're having a boy, his testicles are starting to descend into the scrotum.

You'll probably be feeling a lot of twisting and turning in there!
